About PCP WISE
PCP WISE is a €19 million Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) initiative (including €12 million for Research & Development), funded under Horizon Europe. It aims to stimulate innovative Earth Observation-based solutions for smarter water management, helping Europe strengthen its climate resilience.

Through PCP WISE, public buyers across Europe join forces to procure R&D services that can bring new solutions to market – while suppliers and innovators (startups, SMEs, industry) get the opportunity to test, validate and scale their technologies up to TRL 8 with real-world impact.
