PCP WISE Call for Tenders - Informative Webinar

On 5 September 2025, the PCP WISE group of 12 public buyers officially launched its Call for Tenders to co-develop next-generation water intelligence products and services powered by Earth Observation (EO). The deadline for submissions is 7 January 2026, 17:00 CET.

This three-phase Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) will fund R&D services—from solution design to prototype development and field validation—targeting TRL 8 solutions. The aim is to create innovative EO-powered intelligence tools to monitor the Soil-Water-Vegetation (SWV) system and help predict, prevent, and manage water-related crises such as floods, fires, and droughts.

In this context, an informative webinar on this Call for Tenders is organised on 15 September 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 CET. The session will provide interested suppliers with in-depth guidance on the Call, including the challenges and use cases, the PCP process, and access to tender documents. It will also be an opportunity to engage directly with the PCP WISE team, raise questions, and gain clarity on how to participate successfully.
